Lisa Glavin, LPCS

Clinical Director

Lisa is a compassionate and seasoned therapist with extensive experience working with adults, couples, and families across a variety of settings in the Charleston area. While her credentials and professional background are significant, she believes the most important factor in successful therapy is the strength of the client-therapist relationship.

Lisa values each individual, couple, and family as genuinely unique. She takes a collaborative approach to therapy, working closely with clients to establish meaningful goals that lead to real, lasting change. Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic techniques and psychoeducation, Lisa tailors her approach to meet each client’s specific needs—helping them move toward the life they seek with clarity and purpose.

Elyse Jones, LPC

Elyse believes that the foundation of effective therapy lies in building a trusting relationship with her clients. With a thoughtful balance of humor, compassion, and accountability, she creates a space where clients feel safe and comfortable opening up about life’s most difficult topics. This approach is one of the many reasons teens and young adults are naturally drawn to Elyse for support and guidance.

She brings experience from a variety of settings, including domestic violence shelters, substance abuse programs, and clinic-based environments. Elyse practices from a person-centered, solution-focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework, while always considering the impacts of trauma and multicultural influences.

Passionate about destigmatizing mental health, Elyse is committed to helping others find hope and resilience during life’s most challenging moments.

Her happy place? On the beach with her pup, Etta—collecting more shark teeth than she can count.

Brienne Rogers, LPC

Therapist

Brienne is a Licensed Professional Counselor with an Education Specialist Degree from the University of South Carolina and a Certification in Play Therapy. She is passionate about her work and finds purpose in empowering clients by equipping them with the support and tools needed for meaningful personal growth.

Brienne is committed to creating a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment where clients of all ages feel safe to express their emotions and experiences. She places great value on building a strong, positive therapeutic relationship—believing that healing begins with trust and connection.

With experience across a wide range of age groups, Brienne uses play therapy techniques to engage and support children, while also providing compassionate, insightful care for adults.

Outside of the therapy room, Brienne enjoys relaxing at the beach and exploring new places with her puppy, Knox.

John Tressy, LPCS

Therapist

John is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Counselor Supervisor, and Victim Service Provider who has spent the past 11 years building meaningful connections with clients and guiding them toward impactful, lasting change. His perfect blend of humor, compassion, and accountability is at the heart of his therapeutic approach.

John uses an integrative style tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances. With a trauma-informed lens, he incorporates mindfulness, solution-focused strategies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support growth and healing.

When he’s not watching superhero movies, John is busy trying to be one—changing diapers, loving his wife, and walking his three rescue dogs… all at once.

Erin Bailey, LPCA

Erin is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mississippi State University (MSU).

She approaches counseling through a person-centered lens, striving to meet each individual where they are in their therapeutic journey. Whether working with children, adolescents, teens, adults, or long-term clients, Erin is dedicated to creating a welcoming and safe environment for all.

Her passion for mental health extends across all populations, with a focus on relieving symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and more. Erin practices from a strengths-based and supportive framework, helping clients uncover and utilize the tools already within them. She is committed to guiding individuals toward lasting relief, personal growth, and fulfillment in their goals.

Outside of the therapy room, Erin enjoys beach days with her husband, playing with her dog Goose, reading, and exploring new coffee shops.

Liz Sartori, LISW-CP

With over two decades of experience, Liz brings both expertise and heart to the therapeutic space. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Liz earned her degree from the prestigious School of Social Work at Rutgers University, following earlier chapters in education and law—teaching in Poland and graduating from law school before fully embracing her passion for mental health.

Liz has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and couples navigating life’s most complex challenges, from mental health concerns to substance use recovery to relationship struggles. She offers evidence-based treatment rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, relapse prevention, and brief interventions—all tailored to meet each client’s unique story and goals.

Her work isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you’re seeking support for personal growth, addiction recovery, or building stronger, more connected relationships through couples counseling, Liz’s approach is collaborative, client-centered, and refreshingly real. Clients are drawn to Liz not only for her depth of clinical knowledge but for the authenticity, warmth, and well-timed humor she brings into every session.

Justine Autry, LPCA

Justine is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring their emotions and navigating life’s challenges. She believes healing begins with connection, so she builds trusting relationships with clients to help them grow and thrive.

Justine views therapy as a shared journey. She honors each client’s individuality and works to help them gain insight, develop coping skills, and foster greater self-compassion. Her goal is to support clients in creating meaningful change and living more authentic, balanced lives.

Her work focuses on helping adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. Drawing from an integrative approach, Justine incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered techniques, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices to meet each client’s unique needs. She has experience in a variety of settings, including a domestic-violence program and a substance-use recovery center.

When not working, you can find Justine twisting into a yoga pose, “discussing” a book she hasn’t quite finished at book club, coaxing her three children to pick up their things, or sneaking in one more episode of her favorite Netflix series

Angela Ordyniec, MA/LISW-CP

Clinical Social Worker

Angi was drawn to become a therapist by her desire to walk alongside people as they navigate life’s twists and turns. Her approach is authentic, dynamic, and uplifting, and she never loses sight of each individual’s capacity to persevere, create, and transform.

With 20 years of experience working with individuals from diverse and complex backgrounds in both non-profit and private practice settings, Angi brings a warm, relational style to her work—often sprinkled with humor. She specializes in supporting adults through life transitions, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Angi integrates various therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is also passionate about the connection between nutrition and mental health, having earned a certificate in Nutrition and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health from Adelphi University.

She embraces working with people from all backgrounds, religions, orientations, cultures, and ideologies. In her free time, Angi enjoys cooking savory meals, relaxing at the beach, reading, connecting with loved ones, and maintaining a balanced self-care routine.

Lizzy Winn, LISW

Lizzy, a spirited Licensed Independent Social Worker, brings a wealth of experience working with children in local schools. Originally from the lively Jersey Shore, Lizzy began her social work journey after graduating from Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and relocated to Charleston in 2021.

Her expertise focuses on supporting children with a wide range of diagnoses, including ADHD, autism, and behavioral disorders. Lizzy is passionate about empowering children by nurturing self-regulation and social-emotional skills in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment. She is dedicated to creating a space where children can thrive and develop the skills they need to succeed.

Outside of work, Lizzy enjoys beach outings, reading, invigorating workout classes, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Ryan Horn, LPC

Therapist

Ryan is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned his degree from Georgia Southern University and holds certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

He brings a non-judgmental, light-hearted approach to his work, supporting clients through challenges such as stress and anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties, personality disorders, and life transitions.

Ryan is especially dedicated to working with teens, adults, minorities, and disenfranchised groups—including members of the LGBTQ+ community. He creates a safe and affirming space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Outside the therapy room, Ryan is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring the outdoors and discovering new places.

Victoria Stevens, LPCA

Hi, I’m Victoria, and I’m so glad you’re here! I know that showing up for ourselves can sometimes feel like the hardest part, but it’s also the most transformative. My approach is all about empowering you to accept yourself as you are, while working together to help you become the best version of yourself. I look forward to learning and growing alongside you.

I hold an undergrad degree in Human Development and Health Sciences from Kansas State University, and a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Emporia State University.

I truly believe that therapy works best when it’s a collaborative process. Building strong, trusting relationships with my clients is key to creating lasting positive change. I would be honored to help provide a safe, respectful, and transformative space for you to explore and embrace your truest, most authentic self, all while navigating the ups and downs of life.
