Ryan Horn, LPC, NCC

Therapy Specialties

Hi, I’m Ryan.

Much of my work has focused on trauma, and I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals as they navigate anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable expressing your thoughts and emotions openly, without judgment.

In my work with adults, I often focus on relationship dynamics, attachment patterns, and navigating difficult experiences with others—including situations involving narcissistic traits. My goal is to help you better understand what you’re experiencing and develop tools to move forward with clarity and confidence.

I believe warmth and humor are essential parts of the therapeutic process, even when working through heavy or complex topics. I use evidence-based approaches, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support clients working through trauma, abuse, or neglect.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when dealing with sensitive or deeply personal challenges. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and at ease. Together, we’ll build a strong, trusting relationship and approach your challenges with both compassion and practical direction.

If you’d like to connect briefly to see if we’re a good fit, I’m always happy to talk.

“I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to be honest—and supported enough to move forward.”
