Hi, I’m Aliix.
I’ve been described as down-to-earth, intuitive, and creative, and I bring that energy into the work I do with my clients. My approach is positive and strength-based, focused on understanding who you are—your experiences, your goals, and what truly matters to you.
I’m here to support you through all parts of your journey—the highs you want to celebrate and the more difficult moments that can feel overwhelming or uncertain. My role is to listen without judgment, help you gain clarity, and walk alongside you as you create meaningful change in your life.
I take an integrative and flexible approach to therapy, blending evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and somatic work with creativity, curiosity, and intuition. I also draw from a diverse background that includes expressive arts, spirituality, holistic health, and neuropsychotherapy, allowing us to shape a process that feels right for you—whether that’s more traditional talk therapy or something more creative and exploratory.
I believe growth happens when you feel safe, supported, and free to be yourself. Therapy doesn’t have to feel rigid—it can include moments of insight, challenge, humor, and even lightness along the way.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy being in nature, spending time with animals, exploring social history, and finding joy in both quiet and adventurous moments.
“I believe growth happens when you feel supported enough to explore—and free enough to be fully yourself.”
