Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.
One of the most meaningful parts of being a therapist is the opportunity to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable opening up—where you can express your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment. I’m here to listen, to support you, and to help you build the tools you need to move forward with confidence.
In our work together, we’ll explore patterns, process emotions, and gently challenge negative thinking in a way that feels safe and manageable. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and supportive, and I strive to build a strong, positive relationship that becomes the foundation for real growth and change.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with an Education Specialist Degree from the University of South Carolina and a certification in Play Therapy. I work with clients across a wide range of ages, using play therapy techniques to connect with and support children, while also providing thoughtful, compassionate care for adults.
I’m passionate about helping individuals grow, heal, and feel more grounded in their lives. Whether you’re navigating challenges, working through emotions, or simply looking for support, I’m here to walk alongside you.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time at the beach and exploring new places with my puppy, Knox.
“I believe healing starts with feeling heard, supported, and safe enough to be yourself.”
